User Content and Conduct

You agree that you will not use Merotalika to:

- Interfere with the normal operation of the Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or employees of Merotalika

- Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
- Engage in spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Merotalika (such as fixture schedules, league information, and messages). By uploading content, you grant Merotalika a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing our Services.
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, at our sole discretion and without notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on Merotalika, including text, graphics, logos, software, and source code, are the exclusive property of Merotalika or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any materials without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEROTALIKA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MEROTALIKA IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MEROTALIKA AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Merotalika, its officers, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Service Modifications and Availability
Merotalika reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any features at any time
- Change pricing and billing practices with notice
- Perform maintenance that may result in temporary service interruption
We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes, but we do not guarantee continuous availability of all features.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Merotalika operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at merotalikanp@gmail.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements we post on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Merotalika regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Merotalika following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
